There were different explanations depending on the staff in charge, and I had to go many times. We want all staff to be thoroughly trained to understand the contents properly.

内容に対する留意次項があるかという質問にも温かく応えて下さりとても有難かったです。
住所の管轄外の拠点でも相談に乗って貰えるのですね。知りませんでした。
I informed the consultation theme at the pension organization call center beforehand and responded very kindly at the scheduled time.

You can get a consultation at the offices outside the jurisdiction of the address. I did not know.

……が それは勝手な思い込みでした。
対応頂いた皆さんがとても丁寧に説明をして下さったので何も分からずに不安な状態で行った私は安心してお話を聞き手続きをする事が出来ました。
This is very rude, but I asked him if he was going to be a government office.
... but that was a selfish assumption.
Everyone who responded to me gave me a very careful explanation, so I went there in an uneasy state without knowing anything, and I was able to listen to the procedure with peace of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職員は皆丁寧で親切です。予約必須、ただしそれでも待たされる事があります。
昼食時は職員が食事休憩なのでさらに待ち時間が増えますのでご注意。駐車場はありません。
All the staff are polite and kind. Reservation required, but you may still have to wait.
Please note that the staff will have a meal break during lunch, so the waiting time will increase further. There is no parking lot.
