★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ほとんどの方が、真面目で真摯な対応をして下さる様ですが窓口に１名だけ信じられない程非常識な対応をする年配の女性がいる様です。来週行って確認してみようと思います。確認に行った結果一名だけみたいです。裏で悪態ついてる人がいたので。

昔のお役所の高飛車な態度は一切ありません。私が行った時はそれほど混んでいませんでした。
The office is small but the staff inside are kind and polite.
There is no high-handed attitude of the old government office. It wasn't too crowded when I went.

こんな、意地の悪い見かたは、よろしくない。
職員さんらは、実に丁寧で、親切で、こちらの身になって対応してくれる。
国民年金がらみは一階で、入ったすぐで前さばきをしており、あらましを話せば、必要な準備をこれまた分かりやすく一緒に進めてくれる。
厚生年金や協会けんぽがらみは２階で、役所っぽいナリの人もたまに見かけるが、それでもナリだけで、やはり親切にあたってくれる。

The national pension is on the first floor, and it is judged just before entering, and if you talk about it, you will make necessary preparations in an easy-to-understand manner.
