当日ネットで調べて初めて行ったお店でしたがこれが大当たり!熱々で外はパリパリ中はフワフワ、ご飯の炊き加減、タレの味わい、山椒に至るまで文句なし!たいへん満足です。 うな重3200円をいただきました。 関西風、炭火焼き。

関西風の焼きの鰻が好きで今までは少し離れたお店に通ってたが、近所に噂になってる店があったので入ってみた。 背開きの関西風。驚きの美味さ。 ふかふかなのにカリっとしており、タレは甘過ぎず辛過ぎず濃すぎず。 かなり身のいい大きな鰻を使ってます。 コスパもいい。 白焼きがまた繊細。 白焼きの方がむしろ美味い。

様々配慮が行き届いて素晴らしい。 うなぎ本体も大変美味しい。ふわふわではなくパリッとした焼き加減。 山椒の香りも生により近く香ばしい。 値段も大きさの割に安い(表示は税込、うな重¥3200)。肝焼きも新鮮でブリブリしてボリュームもありうまい。ここより美味しく立派な肝焼きを他店では知らない。 建物も新しく清潔で快適。 お手拭きも布製。 調理場が見える演出が食欲をそそる。 カウンターは香ばしい香りだけでなく、魚の生臭さまで香る特等席(目の前で捌いたり串刺しなど調理過程が見える)、魚が苦手な人は避けた方が良い。 GOTO券やPayPayが使える。 ただし、平日17:30で駐車場満杯、混んでる。 接客は少しバタバタ(致し方なし)。

カリカリに焼かれた鰻がとても香ばしくておいしいです。鰻は好きですが、こちらのは、うわあ、とびっくりするくらい、おいしかったです。 ぷち重という、半分サイズの鰻重もあって、少食の方はこちらでも大満足できると思います。白焼きを選べるのもベスト。 予約しても、席に着いて注文してから30分かかるので、慌ただしい時間の方は次回にした方がいいかもしれません。

初訪。関西風で提供されているお店です。 スタイリッシュな感じで店員さんも感じ良い。せっかくなのでお品書きの最初にある「まむし膳」を注文。ご飯と鰻(蒲焼きか白焼きを選択)、肝吸いと香の物、デザートのラインナップです。タレのかけてあるご飯の中に蒲焼きも入っている様なので、メインの鰻は白焼きで。肉厚で外はパリッ、中はフワッ、脂ののりも良い感じ。いやー、美味しかった。浜松に来たらまた寄りたいお店です。場所は浜松の市街地から離れているので、車は必要ですね。

蒸す工程の無い関西風の鰻が頂けます。大変美味しいうなぎ料理を頂きました。店内が清潔で店員の方の対応も明るく感じが良く、お料理も丁寧に作られていました。山椒も大変良い香りでした。ご馳走さまでした。

関西の焼き方で提供してくれるうなぎ屋さんです 最近引越されたようで新店舗です 落ち着いたお店でいい感じです 関西は背開き(切腹は縁起が悪い)の蒸さずに焼くと聞いたことがあります 腹開き?だった感じですが お味は最高です 蒸さないのでうなぎのコクが残ってます 外はカリッと香ばしいです こちらの調理法の方がうなぎ本来の味を感じられると思います スタミナも付きそうです (^_^;) 休日は駐車場が入れないほどです 予約したほうがいいかと存じます 9台ほど店前に停められます ペイペイ使えました おすすめです ぜひとも!
