★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神社に向かう車道の両脇に杉の木などがあるのですが、とてもおおきな木で、樹齢とか気になる神秘的な所です。神社の手前には、海もありとっても綺麗です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 御崎の遊歩道入口にある神社で、この地方では稀に見られる壮麗な造りになっており、1000年の歴史を持っています。
日本武尊（やまとたけるのみこと）・素盞鳴命（すさのうのみこと）・大海津見神の三神を祀っており、御崎明神と呼ばれて厚い信仰を受けて縁結び・大漁祈願などに御利益があると言われています。
この神社には神霊として崇めらている２枚の鏡があり、一面は後醍醐天皇が北条高時の調伏祈願をこめて寄進したもので、もう一面は葛西晴信が寄進したものと伝えられています。
例祭は1月14・15日で、14日の宵祭り（どんと祭）から15日の午前まで続き、虎舞、七福神舞が奉納され、多くの夜店が並んでその様子は華やかなものとなっています。
夜店では郷土民芸品の「風車」「はじき猿」「さっぱ舟」等の販売も行われています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場も広くて神社も厳かで雰囲気があっていいですね、高村光太郎や伊達氏や歴史を感じる石碑もありました。唐桑半島いいですね(^^)
The parking lot is large and the shrine is solemn and has a nice atmosphere. There were also Kotaro Takamura, Date, and a stone monument where you can feel the history. Karakuwa Peninsula is good (^^)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎年、初詣やどんと祭の時は賑わいますが、普段は静かな神社です。赤い鳥居をくぐり、杉並木を通り抜けた奥に駐車場があります。
It is a quiet shrine, although it is crowded every year during the first visit to the shrine and the Donto Festival. There is a parking lot at the back of the red torii gate and through the cedar trees.
