外側はかりっと中はもっちりしつつ引きがあります。
具は野菜が溶け込んでいる感じはしますが、
はっきり感じるのは茄子、チーズ、挽き肉、かぼちゃくらい。
かなりスパイシーで微かな酸味も感じます。
しっかりスパイスの香りもたっています。
日本風でもありつつインド風でもあります。

ポップによると、
秋限定のラム酒漬けマロンをまるごと包んだパンだそうです。
なのでとても小さいです。
洋酒が効いた激甘でほんのり塩気を感じる、ねっとりした茶色のマロン。
フランスパンっぽい固くボソッとした薄い生地で覆われています。
