c	co “Mog MOg” co on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1件ある口コミの通り、杜撰な対応。こんなに“人の気持ち”を考えられない会社は始めて。心身共に酷い目にあった。「関わらなければ良かった」と、とても後悔している。何の実りも無かった。今後関わりたくない上、周囲にも絶対勧めない。また、新規立ち上げ事業へ参画すべきでない会社。すぐ「ベンチャーだから」という子供の言い訳にすらならない事を言えば逃れられると思っている甘えあり。他社ベンチャー企業に対して失礼。 “人を雇う”とはどういう事か、社内連携や共有等の企業として大切な部分、軸がしっかりしていない。内輪ノリで仲良しこよしは勝手にすれば良いが、人を採用し育てる環境が整っていない。おざなりな対応且つ粗雑な扱いをする様な企業は成長しないだろうし、抜本的改善もないだろう。なぜなら“人望獲得”や“顧客満足”、“ES向上”や“クリーンな社内環境”に尽力している企業は中身がしっかりしているから。 According to one word of mouth, it is a sloppy response.
