オーナーの素晴らしい思想がそこかしこに見て取れます。
子供さん対応かと思いますが、保育士がいる歯医者さんを初めてみましたよ。
治療も丁寧で、治療方針を患者の意向を聞いて決めていきます。
こりゃ流行るでぇ。とは思いますが、良いものは良いですから、評価を公にしたいと思います。
可能なら★１０でも２０でも付けたいところです。
★３の方の評価が理解できませんが、もしかしたら、珠に瑕の、あの事務さんの対応に腹がたったのかなぁ？

受付の対応がいやで、病院を変えました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供のフッ素のため、初めてWebで予約し、電話で日時変更したのですが、日時変更が出来ていなかったようで、受付の人は、昨日の予約になっていて、今日は予約が入ってないので、、
と、帰ってくれと言わんばかりの対応。他の方のクチコミにもありましたが、受付の方が少し、他の歯科と比べて、問題ありだと思いました。
説明しても、返事もなく子供を連れて帰りました。フッ素は、時間もそんなにかからないのに、、多少の待ち時間は我慢するし見てくれてもいいのではと思いました。
バスでわざわざ来たのですが、二度と来ないです。見ていた方も、受付の方の対応はちょっとないですねと、おっしゃって下さったのが救いです。
