14年間も一緒にいて、本当に私達の家族でした。
突然の出来事だったのですがどうしても葬儀を挙げたく、近くのお寺を探した結果この宝泉寺を見つけました。
当時台風の接近で天候が悪かったのですが、電話で問い合わせた所、とても親切に対応してくれて、尚且つ電話した1時間半後に予定を取ってくれました。
訪問した時も住職さんがとても親切に対応してくれて、お経を上げてくれました。
他の所ではなかったお焼香も途中にやらせて貰えました。
一般には動物は『物』と扱われますが、ここでは人と何違わぬ対応をしてくれました。
電話対応してくれた方、宝泉寺の住職さんには心から感謝しています。
本当にありがとうございましたm(__)m
The cat at home (named Har-chan) died on October 9th (T_T)
We've been together for 14 years and it was really our family.
It was a sudden event, but I really wanted to have a funeral, and as a result of searching for a nearby temple, I found this Hosenji Temple.
The weather was bad due to the approaching typhoon at that time, but when I inquired by phone, he responded very kindly and made a schedule one and a half hours after the call.
The priest was very kind to me when I visited, and he gave me a sutra.
I was allowed to do the incense that was not in other places on the way.
Generally, animals are treated as "things", but here they responded just like humans.
I am deeply grateful to the person who answered the phone and the chief priest of Hosenji.
