Classes are good but it’s too popular that if you don’t reserve your classes on the 1st of the month you won’t be able to take your preferred time slots and you’ll have to compromise for either late night or early morning. Went to cancel my membership for this reason, and staff realised only then that they hadn’t registered my credit card properly so they hadn’t been able to charge me for the monthly fee for the previous 3 months. Awful customer experience.

The Orangetheory Fitness workout was exactly as expected and friends back home confirmed they did the same set of activities during their class as expected. I will visit this location when I'm next in Tokyo and have time since it's nearer tokyo.

I’ve been going here for the last 4-5months now and want to give lots of kudos to the staff. They are always so friendly, welcoming, accommodating despite language barriers sometimes, and I really appreciate them being open to suggestions. They even set up ice skating group activities over the winter, and it’s a wonderful community. >>> Initial post back in January 2019: Everything is great (trainers are wonderful, they do the classes in both languages, and they give me a great workout in just 60mins and numbers I can reach for in the form of “splat points”). It would be five stars but their cleanliness is a bit questionable. The main issue being that there is no soap in the bathroom! Ick! And nowhere to dry your hands once washed. I’ve asked them four times but there is still no action taken. If this were taken care of it would make them a five-star stellar location.

Just don’t be afraid to ask. The exercises are great and always different. I’ve enjoyed my time and will miss this group of Orange Fitness enthusiasts when I leave Japan.

The front desk staff helped me book classes before I left and followed up their amazing service by adjusting my times when the jet lag disallowed me to sleep longer than 4.5 hours the first few days. Whether you live in the area, or collect Splat Points somewhere else in the world, make sure you keep fit in the world’s greatest city by visiting Orange Theory in Tokyo. ありがとうございます！がんばって！
