★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イートインスペースがあるセブンイレブンで利用可能時間は朝6:00～夜22:00まで。現在はトイレは使用禁止になっている。タバコなどは扱っていない。土日祝日は忙しい店で接客している店員さんはしんどそうです。モバイルバッテリーはどの店も基本返品不可能なので必ず自分自身で確認したほうがいいです。

領収証をお願いしたら印鑑を「バンッ！」と大きな音を立てて押して、お釣りを返すときは怨みでもあるかのように手にゴン押しする態度を取られました。こっちも仕事で領収証を請求しただけなのにそんな態度を取る必要は無いかと思います。余りにも悪評価が多いので、本社にも報告をさせて頂きます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 韓国人・中国人の店員さんの接客が素晴らしい。日本人も見習って欲しい。
言葉はカタコトですが、コミニュケーションは問題ありません。足に障害があるお婆さんを段差のない出口までサポートしていました。偽善に感じる方もいるかもしれませんが、見ていてとても気持ちのいい光景でした。
私も見習って生活しようと思います。
会社としてこのような面を評価する仕組みを作って欲しいと思います。
The customer service of Korean and Chinese clerk is wonderful. I want Japanese people to follow suit.
The language is katakoto, but communication is fine. I supported an old woman with a disability to the exit without steps. Some people may feel hypocritical, but it was a very pleasant sight to see.
I will also follow suit and live.
I would like the company to create a mechanism to evaluate this aspect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ US visitor perspective. Much better than our version. Super clean. Clerk friendly and helpful. In states he would have blown me off for not knowing how things worked. Small store but all the essentials. Great variety of grab/go foods. I would definitely try them for lunch on the run
