他のレビューにも書いてあると思いますが、対応が最悪でした。 先月、濃厚接触者に該当した際に保健所からここの病院を紹介されたのですが、pcr検査についてホームページに何の記載もなかったので電話で問い合わせると回線が混み合っていて繋がらず、その後時間をおいて6回ほどかけましたが繋がりませんでした。なるべく早く検査を受けたかったので直接病院に行くことにしました。 受付にて「保健所の方からこちらでpcr検査を受けるように…」と言い終わる前に、「すぐ外に出てください!外の張り紙見ませんでしたか?今すぐ出てください!」とショートカットの中年女性の人に大声で強い口調で言われました。 外に出ると「濃厚接触者は入っちゃいけないってここに書いてあるでしょう?あと、pcr検査は午前中にしかやってないんですよ、なので電話で予約してください」と言い、中に戻ってしまいました。 確かに、他の患者さんがいる中に濃厚接触者がいることは避けるべき事態なのは分かります。日々お忙しくて、イライラしていたのかもしれません。でも、電話は繋がらないですし、中に入らないと事情をお話しすることもできない状況で、他にいくらでも言い方はあったと思います。こちらとしても保健所に紹介されて行ったのに、そのような対応をされてとても嫌な気持ちになりました。少なくともあの受付の方は、人を思いやる気持ちが欠けているのだとあの短時間でよく分かりました。 たまたま私がかけた時に電話が繋がらなかったのかは知りませんが、ホームページにpcr検査についての詳細を書いたほうがいいと思いますよ。 扉に貼ってある小さい文字の紙切れを全員が読む訳もないので、もっと大きい字にするべきだと思いますよ。 私はあんな大人には絶対にならない!と心に誓いました。笑 二度と行きません?

健康診断で利用 会社からの問診票は特になく指定の項目の検査を指示されていた。(協会けんぽ「労働安全衛生規則 第 44条の定期健康診断」) 今回が初めて利用。 結論から言うと、2度と利用しない。 以下事実を時系列で記載。 ●電話予約時 翌週に検査をお願いしたい旨を伝えると、診察券を作りに本日来て欲しいと言われた。 また、会社からのメールをプリントして持って来るように指示された。中々話が通じずこの会話に10分はかかっている。 ●一度目の来院時 受付の人が電話対応された方だったにもかかわらず、まだ内容が理解出来ていない様子。 30分ほどかかり、診察券を作り、プリントを渡し、尿検査の容器を受け取った。視力がどのくらいか聞かれた。帰り際に検査の前日は夜9時以降食事をせず当日の朝食も抜くよう指示があった。尿検査は当日の朝1番でする様にとも言われた。他、注意点は特になく帰宅。 ●検査当日 ・受付にて。先日と同じ方が対応。名前と体重、自覚症状、体温を書く紙を渡された。書きながら視力がどのくらいかまた聞かれた。そして、受付に体温計が並んでいたので、院内で体温を計るのだと思っていたら「このご時世なんだから計って来て下さい!!」と突然怒られ凄く嫌な顔をされた。脇に挟むタイプではなくおでこで検温できる物があったのに。さらに、「マスクは不織布のにして下さい!今日は仕方ないのでお渡ししますけど!」と前回聞いてもいないことでさらに怒られた。その後待合室で座っている所に先程の方が来て、「お小水!お小水はお持ちですか?!!朝1番のですね??!」と大声で聞いて来た。他の男性の患者さんも近くに数名居た。 ・検査室にて。まず体重を計ったのだが、靴は履きっぱなしで真冬なので厚着をしているがそのまま体重計にのった。1キロ引いて記録したらしいが、家で計り直した数値とも大きく違っていた。胸部レントゲンの検査室は外かと思うほどに寒く薄着のまま10分以上待たされた。しかも着替える時に看護師は真横にいる。 レントゲンを撮り、着替え終わっても寒い部屋から出してもらえず、そのまま15分がたった頃外から声が聞こえて来た。「先生次、私さんです!」「あー、アンケートに自覚症状がないって書いてあったなら問診しなくて良いよ!」その直後待合室に戻され会計。 ●検査結果を聞きに来院 受付の中に子供が居たのでスタッフの誰かの子なのだろうと感じたが、患者さんのお子さんだった。マスクどうこうと言う割に管理が適当な事が分かった。 診察室に通された際に、最後に問診しますと突然言われた。看護師が荷物を預かると言い、自分の視界から消えた。何処にカバンを置かれたのか分からない状況だった。さらに子供にする様に服を背中側からまくってこられた。問診後、胸部レントゲンの検査を外部に委託するからまた結果を聞きに来て欲しいと言われた。ただ、委託する日時は決めていないとの事。視力に関しては自己申告した値がそのまま記載されていた。 これまでのこともあり、不快感と不信感しか無い。委託の結果は聞かなくても良い。こんな不快感しか無い病院が令和の時代に存在するんだと思う。時代錯誤も甚だしい。人の時間をなんだと思っているのだろうか。税金の一部がこんなことに使われてしまったのが嘆かわしい。診察券は破り捨てた。本当は星は0にしたいところである。

お年寄りと子供が多いクリニックです。 予約しても1時間以上待つ事はざら 受付の方の態度は一部の人のみ最悪 もしお子さんを連れていかれる方は、別のクリニックに行かれるのをオススメします。

子どもの予防接種や健診、体調不良の時などお世話になってます。女性の先生とその息子さんが診てくれます。女性の先生はおしゃべりで予約しても話が長いので時間がおして、予約時間を過ぎます。でも話を聞いてくれるし、最近のお医者さんはカルテばかり見て、目を見て話してくれなくて悲しい思いをすることが多いので、その点では温かみのある診療と思います。一方息子さんの方はあまり愛想ないので、もう少し頑張ってほしいですね。
