★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高校の時に腰を痛めて、20年間腰痛持ちです。腰が弱いため、背中もよく痛めます。
痛みがひどいときは、いろいろな接骨院でその場しのぎのマッサージを受けていました。
仕事で横浜に来ることが多くなり、移動と仕事で腰痛だけでなく体全体的に不調になりました。
根本的に不調を治したいと思い、こちらに通い始めました。
症状や悩みや仕事で不定期になること、根本的に治したいことも丁寧に聞いてくれました。
初めて治療を受けた後は、腰だけでなく全体が軽くなりました。まだ施術を受けてから３回ですが、長時間の移動でも腰の痛みを気にすることがないのはこちらのおかげだと思います！
自宅のケアや体の使い方も教えてもらえるので助かります。
根本的に治したいと考えている方にはオススメです！

去年の暮れぐらいに顔面神経麻痺になり、すぐ病院に行き点滴を受けて、約10日後の誘発筋電図検査では10%以下でした。手術は後遺症の恐れもあるので辞めて、ひたすらマッサージをしておりました。
時間の経過と共にブロック注射か鍼かな〜と考えて鍼にしようと思い色々調べて、自分の家の距離とホームページ等を頼りにここのスタイル鍼灸整骨院にしました。
最初に見てもらった時に、佐々木先生に「大丈夫良くなるよ」と言われて気持ちがだいぶ楽になりました。
そこから定期的に通い、だいぶ今では良くなって表情が作れるようになってきました。
通ってから顔もそうですが体全体を見直せるいい機会にもなり、本当にここに来て良かったです。
佐々木先生も面白く優しいので楽しいですよ。
顔面神経麻痺になって悩まれてる方がいたら、無理せず通えるようであれば一度来られる事をお勧めします。

何回もふくらはぎを痛めるので何で痛めやすいのかと落ち込んでいました。
そしたら、パソコンやスマホの見過ぎで目を使い過ぎ、肝臓のツボに負担をかけて筋肉を痛めやすくしていた、甘いものの食べ過ぎも筋肉を疲れさせるなど、日頃の習慣が原因の一つと言われ納得でした。
マッサージしてもすぐにぶり返す理由がわかり良かったです。また普段の体の使い方の他にもフットサルの体の使い方も教えてもらい勉強になりました。
2回の治療でふくらはぎは治り、腰痛も楽になりました。ふくらはぎだけの原因ではなく、自分の不摂生や体の使い方に問題があったということがわかり、今後のケアも教えてもらいとても良かったです。
股関節が痛い息子も治療してもらい、サッカーに復帰できました。
