受付、診察、案内、技師さんと全て優しく丁寧な対応で安心しました。
丁寧に診察をしてくれておそらくこれですねというのを教えてくれて、理由も丁寧に話してくれました。
MRIが予約でいっぱいだと受付では言われたのですが、診察後に撮ってくださいました。MRI後もすぐに診察してくれました。
薬を処方するにあたり、メリットとデメリットを話してくれてよかったです。
家から近くはないですが、なにかあったら今後もこちらを受診したいと思います。

が、数年後、あまりにも頭痛が酷く受診したときは、撮っていただけませんでした。

外傷の確認すらせず「とりあえずMRIで見ておきますか？」なノリ。
とりあえず外傷があるか見てください。といってしぶしぶ見ていただき問題ないとのこと。
MRIは費用がかかるので断ったらそのまま帰された。
通常CTは頭部外傷・脳出血・くも膜下出血に適しています。MRIを費用面で断っている場合にはCTの提案が必要かと思いますが、
レントゲン等すら提案はなく、帰り際に受け付けで｢ここってCTとかはないんですか？｣と聞いたら｢…ありますけど…｣と嫌そうな反応…、
おそらくあまり金にならない診察は面倒なのでしょう。
そのあと痛みが続いたので別の病院でCTをお願いしましたが、その際には外傷確認の時点でコブを見つけていただきました。外傷の目視確認すらできていなかったようですね。
こういった最新機器があるからと頼りすぎている感じがしました。
評価の良い既存レビューもMRIでの安心感からかと思いますので、
MRIがしたい！という方にはオススメです。

電話対応、受付もとても感じが良くて好感が持てました。
診察していただいた先生もとても丁寧に話を聞いてくれました。サラッと流すタイプのお医者さんではなく、色んな話を聞いてくれるので話しやすいです。
またとても綺麗な院内で、待ち時間もそんなにないので病院に行くのが苦痛じゃないです。予約無しでも行けるところも良いです。

質問にも明確に答えていただけて安心できました。
病院設備、看護師さんの対応なども充分で、良い医院だと思いました。
先生の声は確かによく通って大きいです。
色んな患者さん（耳の遠い高齢者とか）に接する町のお医者様なのでそうなるのかなぁと。他のお医者様でもそういう方を見てきましたので。威圧感があるとか、そういうタイプの大きい声ではないです。
新しい病院ですし、診察室から会話内容が分かるほどの音は漏れないと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MRI検査を受けましたが、自費から保険会社負担に変わったので返金を受け取りに行ったところ、受付で30分も待たされました。返金は「私の支払った分の領収書を返し、お金を受け取り、受領書を渡す」という、手間の少ない作業に思えるのですが、診察や事務処理が全て終った後でないと処理できないのであれば、｢12時にいけばいいですか｣と電話で聞いたときに、その旨を教えてくれればよかったのにと思います。診断もMRI設備も技士さんも全て優れているのに、事故の痛みによるストレスが原因のめまいに、新たにストレスをかけられるのでは治療の逆になってしまいます。先生からは「定期健診的に半年後、また受診に来て下さい」と言われており、次回はまた自費に切り替わりますが、延々と待たされることがないよう改善をお願いいたします。
