ゆ	ゆさぽん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホームページを見てとても感じが良かったので、メールにてエアコン取付の問い合わせをしました。うちが隠蔽配管なので、今後のことを考えれば標準の配管にした方がいいのでは？と提案されました。わかってはいるのですが、配管の再利用を希望しました。メーカー違いのエアコンを交換するのに、配管の再利用ができるのか、新しく取り付ける方のメーカーに確認するよう言われ、プロの職人がなぜ素人にそんな問い合わせさせるのか疑問でしたが、メーカーが丁寧に回答をくれたので、その回答を含め、見積依頼をメールしたのですが、連絡なし。返事が来ないので、数日後こちらから回答を催促すると、直ぐに見積の返信が。しかし返事を待たせたことに対しても、メーカーに確認したことに対しての言葉もなく、私は全く歓迎されない客なんだなーとわかりました。業者探しに苦労していて、そのこともメールで伝えているのですが、、、ホームページにはお客様の目線に立ってとか書いてあるくらいで、すごい期待を持って問い合わせしたのに、ただただがっかりです。 As I felt very good looking at the homepage, I made an inquiry about installing the air conditioner by email.
