★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iPhone6sの電池交換をしに行きました。iPhoneショップなら5400円で交換出来ますが場所が銀座なので検索したら近くにこちらのお店があったので店のホームページを見て同じ値段だったので行ったら交換代の5400円以外に工賃3000円が掛かるとの事。
店の呼び込みポスターにもホームページにも書いてないし、店員に聞くと料金表を出してきて小さく工賃が別途かかります。と書いてあって知る感じ…よくある手法だけどよく分からない人だと払っちゃうんだろうな…と思いました。
iPhoneショップまで交通費3000円も掛からないので銀座まで行きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 画面修理をお願いしましたが、修理後からホームボタンがカチカチとなるようになりました。画面操作の反応も悪くなったように感じます。
修理後iPhone本体を全て覆うカバーと、画面保護シートをつけていましたが、2週間もしないうちに少しの衝撃でひびが入りました。
交換した画面も浮いていました。
電話対応の方はとても感じが良かったですが、修理を担当してくれた方は愛想が悪く、会計も間違えられ不快でした。
修理してくれたスタッフの技術の個人差かもしれませんが、当たり外れがあるかもしれません。
もう行きません。

店員さんも気さくで丁寧な方で、こちらで直していただき、良かったです。

（非正規店であるが故、今後正規店でのサポートが受けられなくなることは心配ではありましたが）
画面割れだけかと思いきや＋液晶交換＋工賃となってしまい、そこそこ値が張りましたが……その辺は利便性でカバーできたかなと。
また何かの折にはお願いしようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年10月初め、新機種を買った後こちらの店舗へスマホケースを買いに行きました。
少し悩んでるところに、若い女性店員が声をかけてきた。画面フィルムも購入する前提で話を進められていた為、「いや要らないです」と言うが、聞く耳を持たずにケースとフィルムを持ってレジへ。この時点で購入をやめようと思い、「あの、」と声をかけると「お貼りしますので携帯お預かりします」と言われ半ば強引に携帯を取られた。
仕方ないのでレジまで行くとそこでカメラに貼るフィルムの購入まで持ちかけられ、ただ流石にその時点で値が張っていた為強めに断ると、そのフィルムを“投げ戻し”とてもイライラした表情と声で「わかりました」と。
その後支払いをし、10分くらいで貼り終わり退店。大学生にしては少し高めの買い物なので気持ちよく買えなかったのがとても残念。悪い買い物でした。(合計9000円弱かな?)
ただフィルムの貼り方は少し歪んではいたものの自分でやるよりも上手に出来ていたので、商品自体には満足しています。(そもそもこちらの店舗でフィルム買うつもりはなかったが笑)
他の評価を見る限りとても良い店舗の様に見えるのでたまたま外れの店員さんを引いてしまっただけだと思いますが、これから行く人は強めに購入を勧めてくる店員さんにはくれぐれもご注意を(笑)
