N	Nakahira Sawako on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチコースをいただきました。店内のインテリアが素敵で、お庭はヨーロッパで見た砦を思わすような雰囲気（？)。異国にいるような空間で、たいへん美味しい食事がいただけます。こじんまりとしたお祝い事等の食事会にもピッタリだと思いました。ランチの内容は、非常にお得です。雲丹も子羊も最高だったのに、後から思い出すのはあの滋味深い味わいの野菜のお料理たち。自宅の食事でも美味しい野菜を頂こうと感じました。温かいスタッフの方のサービス、ワインの香り、ソフトドリンクに食事の最後にいただいたハーブティーまで、いずれにも感動致しました。海外旅行に行けなくても、こちらでリラックスした休日を過ごせます? お食事とは関係ないですが、自宅を改装する予定のある方やインテリアにご興味がおありの方にもオススメです。私は、店内の壁、素敵な照明、感触の良い絨毯に興味深々でした。また大切な人と訪れたいです。ごちそうさまでした。 I had a lunch course. S	Steve Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a Tuesday evening in autumn 2019 , we walked down a flight of stairs and stepped into this newly Michelin Star awarded restaurant which was situated in the basement of The Estem Plaza . The decor was simple and elegant . There were 4 round tables with very spacious and relaxed ambience . There was a courtyard outside the bay-window of the restaurant with candles lights , in glass lanterns , dancing on the ground . The waitress was pretty and friendly but most importantly, she could communicate in English with us. The food was , with ingredients very fresh and carefully selected, prepared and plated in a very traditional French style. We can see and taste the passion and heart from the chef’s cooking and preparation. However, there’s lack of the “wow” effect in the arrangements and plate decorations of the dishes. Thus this might keep some customers away because people like to see beautiful things. The chef kindly shared his favorite Montrachet with us while we brought and shared with him one of our bottle ( a Bordeaux favorite, Chateau Latour) . We also ordered one 2002 Alsace wine from the wine list . Overall, the dinner was enjoyable and delicious but the dishes needed some more creativity and improvement to make it memorable and enticing the customers to return in the future.
