初めてのピラティスでしたが、パーソナルピラティスなので集中しながらでき、しっかりとカウンセリングして下さったのでとても良かったです。お得なチケットもあって通いやすいのも嬉しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR芦屋駅から歩いて5分くらいでした。機械を使ったピラティスで、とても丁寧に説明してくださいながらゆっくり動くので、わかりやすかったですし、すごく効きました！！身体の癖を教えてくださるので日常生活でも意識できてとても有益な時間になりました。

プライベートレッスンのみのスタジオなので落ち着いた雰囲気でした。
ジムや歯のホワイトニングも同じ施設にあるので、今度はホワイトニングも試してみようかな(o^^o)
ピラティスもちゃんと通い続けて立ち姿の綺麗な女性になるために頑張りますー！

まず先生がとっても綺麗で素敵な方です。
あんなスタイルになりたい！って目標にできます。
トレーニングもとても丁寧な説明でおこなってくれます。少しずつ力の入れる場所や筋肉の使い所などがわかっていく感覚がとてもやりがいを感じます。
在宅業務や立ち仕事など、移動も多い仕事をしていて筋肉が固まっていたり、眠りづらいのが、トレーニングした日は筋肉の緊張がほぐれ深く眠れます。
毎週のルーティンを組むことでリズムも生まれるのでとっても気に入っています。
本当に身体を動かすのが楽しかったり、気持ちがスッキリするのを思い出させてくれます！！

I work at home, stand up, and move a lot, and my muscles are stiff and hard to sleep, but on the day I train, my muscles are relaxed and I can sleep deeply.
I really like it because the rhythm is created by forming a weekly routine.
It really reminds me that it's fun to move and I feel refreshed! !!
