休会も促さず、会費を払うよう言って来たり、出向かなければ休会ができないと。

契約など大事なことは、担当者さんのお名前を聞いて確認するようにしています。
最近は無愛想な感じはしません。
スイミングのスタッフは親切で子供も楽しく通えています。
専用アプリや、更衣室など環境が整っていると思います。

I don't feel unfriendly these days.
The swimming staff are kind and children can enjoy themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで体験ワンコイン（500円）キャンペーンやっていて参加。
しかし参加後、ネットのキャンペーンは今はやっていないと言われ（削除し忘れ？？でも私は予約するときにネットを見て予約してますって言ったんですけどね）、当たり前のように倍の¥1,000を請求されました。
上の子のテニスに来たのですがテニスの場所は屋上。最後の階は階段を登らないといけず、ベビーカーに2歳児の次男をのせてきていたので、邪魔にないところにベビーカーを置いて、子供を抱っこして登りました。
トイレにおむつ交換台などもありませんでした。（今はあるのかな？)小さい子を連れて通うには厳しいところでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is good. I’ve only been during the daytimes. The gym is fully equipped with treadmills, bikes, weights, machines, TRX suspensions, 2 studios, a spin room, stretch area, hot yoga studio, personal planning room, and pool. Shower areas are also clean. They also have good studio programs including Zumba, dances, Ritmix, Radical fitness programs, and short trainings. All ages get fun working out. The best part is the staff. They are very friendly and nice. Worth it.
