マシンと有酸素運動を交互に2週、ここまでは某女性専用のジムと一緒ですが、有酸素運動はエアロの要素が強くとても楽しいです。それ以外にもゲルマニウム温浴や身体をほぐすぶるぶるマシン、リンク等飽きさせない要素満載です。
 This is my favorite gym (women only)
I alternate between machine and aerobic exercise for 2 weeks, so far it is the same as a gym exclusively for a certain woman, but aerobic exercise has a strong aero element and is very fun. Besides that, it is full of elements that you will not get tired of, such as a germanium hot bath, a machine that loosens your body, and a link.

最初はどんな感じかな？と不安もありましたが、行った瞬間スタッフさんの笑顔と温かさで不安もどっかにいき、その後の説明もわかりやすく楽しく運動出来そうなので即入会決めました(^｡^)☆笑
ゲルマも初めてでしたが、体あったまって冷え性のわたしにはすごくピッタリだったので続けてみたいと思います♪

What is it like at first? I was worried, but the moment I went, the smile and warmth of the staff made me feel uneasy, and the explanation after that was easy to understand and it seemed that I could exercise happily, so I decided to join immediately (^. ^) ☆ lol
It was my first time to use germanium, but it was perfect for me because I was warm and cold, so I would like to continue.
