★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4年前ホットヨガを始めたくて通い始めたのがここでした。最初は当たり前のように入会する流れになって戸惑いましたが、ホットヨガでかく汗が快適で2年ほど続けました。ただ、すこし勧誘がキツかったのと、それに伴うインストラクターさんのストレス？なのか、圧を感じてしまうこともありました。
現在、別のヨガスタジオに通っていますが、こちらの利点は、加圧なトレーニングが強いように思います。その反面、精神面のトレーニングが弱いように思います。
どのスタジオも善し悪しがあるので、通ってみると楽しいです！
It was here that I started going to hot yoga four years ago. At first, I was confused because it was a matter of course to join, but I was sweating comfortably with hot yoga and continued for about two years. However, the solicitation was a little difficult, and the instructor's stress associated with it? Somehow, I sometimes felt pressure.
I'm currently attending another yoga studio, but I think the advantage here is that pressure training is strong. On the other hand, I think that mental training is weak.
Every studio has its good and bad, so it's fun to go there!
