し	しげーる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 欠陥住宅を掴ませておいて、謝罪や返金に応じない悪徳企業。ここの管理物件の賃貸住宅に入居したが、下水の吸排気弁が付いておらず、下水の悪臭がダダ漏れになっており、部屋中に下水臭が染みついていた。同じアパートのほかの部屋でも同様の不具合が見つかっており、明らかな施工不良・管理不足。大和リビング側は「気づかなかった」「いつからこの状態か不明」の一点張りだが、修理に入った業者も部屋に一歩足を踏み入れただけで臭いに気づいたといい、知り合いに確かめてもらっても皆臭いと言っており、仮にも管理のプロであるならば気づかずに何の対処もしないなどあり得ない。恐らくろくな管理も清掃もせず入居者に貸し出しているか、気づいていながら貸し出したかのどちらかであるが、どちらにせよかなり悪質な企業である。そんな欠陥と管理不行き届きの状況が判明したにもかかわらず、大和リビング埼玉営業所はその責任を一切認めず、謝罪はおろか碌な対応を提案してこない。修理したとはいっても、長年の蓄積から部屋中にしみ込んだ臭いは一向に取れる気配もなく、下水の匂いが漂う部屋での生活を余儀なくされ、甚大な精神的苦痛・ストレスを強いられているのに何も補償もない。そればかりか、臭いがひどく物が置けなかったり使えない部屋があるのに、当然のように正規の家賃を請求してくる。金が溜まり次第すぐに引っ越す予定だが、皆さんもD-roomと名の付く物件にはご注意を。 A vicious company that keeps a defective house and does not accept apologies or refunds.
