HEP5とHEPナビオの間にあるとんかつ屋さん。 お店はカウンター席のみでした。 土曜の夜19:00頃に利用しましたが、それほど混んでいませんでした。待たずに入店できました。 私はロースとんかつ、1180円を注文。 ご飯とサラダはオカワリ可能、赤だしとお漬物もついてました。 相方はこばやしとんかつ1400円を注文。 お店のイチオシだそうです、1切れ貰いましたが、ロースとんかつより、より肉肉しい感じでした。 好みによりますが、私はロースとんかつの油たっぷりの感じが好きでまた頼むとしてもロースとんかつだなと思いました。断面がピンクで1口噛むとサクッジュワッと言う感じでとても美味しくいただけました。
A pork cutlet shop between HEP5 and HEP Navio. The shop had only counter seats. I used it around 19:00 on Saturday night, but it wasn't so crowded. I was able to enter the store without waiting. I ordered a loin pork cutlet for 1180 yen. Rice and salad can be cooked, and red soup and pickles are also included. My partner ordered Kobayashi Tonkatsu for 1400 yen. It seems that it is the best recommendation of the shop, I got one piece, but it was more meaty than roast pork cutlet. Depending on my taste, I like the oily taste of roast pork cutlet and I thought it was roast pork cutlet even if I asked for it again. The cross section is pink, and when you chew a bite, it feels crispy and delicious.

【創業昭和5年!92年間、代々受け継がれた伝統の味】 以前は茶屋町にあったこちら!色々な銘柄豚のとんかつが食べれるとの事でBMしていました。 今のエリアも残すところ1週間のタイミングでやはり気になり突撃致しました♡ 場所は阪急梅田駅より徒歩で4〜5分の梅田楽天地ビルにあります。 『名物 小ばやしのとんかつ130g +おっきな大海老フライ』いただきましたぁ〜! 日本国内の様々な上質のロースとヒレの赤身だけを使用して混ぜ、丁寧に叩き込み揚げた名物の小ばやしのとんかつは衣カリッと中は肉肉しいけどふんわり食感で柔らかくあっさり美味しい*・゜゚・*:.。..。.:*・'(*゚▽゚*)'・*:.。. .。.:*・゜゚・*先ずはブレンド塩で肉本来の旨味を、そして甘めの癖になりそうなオリジナルソースで炊き加減良いご飯が進みます! 赤出汁は具はほとんど無く、やや温いのが唯一残念かな。 おっきな海老フライは食べ易い様に頭をカットして別で揚げられています。 身は約10cくらいあり、直径3cくらいのボリューム!アメリカンドックみたいに衣は厚めで、中の身は弾力も多少感じられます。 大根おろしタルタルで食べるとサッパリいただけますが、個人的には普通のタルタルも食べ比べできれば最高ですね(^o^)/ 途中、浅漬けの白菜含め漬物が美味しくて口の中リセットに助かりました。 自己評価★★★3 こちらはスタンダードなロース含め、銘柄豚が3種あるので機会あれば食べてみたいでおまっ <勝手ながらの評価基準> ★1・・まぁ普通 ★★2・・これは美味い ★★★3・・うっ美味い また来たい ★★★★4なっ美味しい 絶対また来る ★★★★★5めちゃくちゃ美味しい 感動をありがとうで評価

Before I arrived at this restaurant, I believed all fried pork was roughly the same. I could not have been more wrong. The chef here must be amazing, the food was so good. I am very impressed, good job.

Medium sized restaurant not far from the main transport and entertainment district. This restaurant is all about pork and pork tonkatsu. The only other menu option was egg croquettes with pork. Many of the menu items were not available. I read reviews that said it was generally empty, I can confirm this now as true. Food was good but there are many restaurants close by that do the same way better with options that go beyond pork. To be honest I’d not place a high priority on this place given its limited menu.
