30分後に行き、焼き立てが良いと言っておけば良かったのですが何分か前にできあがったたこ焼きが。出来立ては無理ですか?と聞くと「時間かかります」と無愛想に少し機嫌悪く言われました。お前は何様だ?最初の店員も少したどたどしく何か不安な対応だったのだけど、後の店員の方が無愛想で最悪でした。

間口と通路が狭い上にレジが入り口から半歩の場所にある。エントランスのようなものは皆無。奥行きはあるが入り口で二人も立てば通路は塞がれる。そのため、先客がいるとどうしても店外で待つことになるのだが、それは外観からも分かるので、最初は何も気にせずに待っていた。
さて、先には一組しかいなかった割に、外でかなり待たされた。注文を聞くだけにしてはやたらに長い。あまりに長いので外からこっそり様子を伺っていたが、別にクレーマーのようでもなく和気あいあいとしたカップルだった。
しばらくして先客がレジを数歩だけ離れた。しばらく様子を見たがレジに戻る気配はないので、彼らが注文を終えたのだと気付き中にはいると、横柄な様子の店員から「少し(右手に)ズレてお待ちください。」と身振り手振りで言われる、が…狭い間口での店内。店員がジェスチャーで示した右手には避けるようなスペースはなく、必然的に外へと追い出されることとなる。こちらを見ていた先客のカップルの「え?」といった顔も今後忘れないだろう。それくらい唐突で理不尽な出来事だった。
…気分が悪い。暑くじめついた気温の屋外で散々と待った挙げ句、また追い出された。注文はおろか、もうなにもいう気にはならない。外へ追い出されてすぐに店を離れた。
言っておくが子供もいたが決してうるさくはしておらず、ただ順番を待ちながらガラス戸のメニューを眺めていた。子供に落ち度は全くない。自分も言いたいことはあったが、ただ沈黙を貫いて待ったのみ。
さて、店の間口が狭いがその分奥行きはあった。店員が手振りでレジの左手(店内奥)を示せば、先客が立っており狭くなっていた道幅を、常識程度に頭を下げつつも乗り越え、店内奥で待たせてもらえただろう。
なのにわざわざ外へ追い出した理由とはなんなのだろうか。店の教育の賜物なのか、はたまた店員の独断なのか。
年齢は40前後の店員だったが愛想もなくボソボソと話し、ジェスチャーひとつにも気遣いの感じられない適当さが滲み出ていた。あれでよく給料を貰えるのだなと、接客を仕事としている人間からすれば不愉快極まりない対応だったと断言する。
こちらが子連れであり、その店員よりも若い母だったので甘くみられたか、もしくは明るく染めた髪をもつ外見により嫌悪されたというのも有り得はするが、いずれにせよ接客をする人間の態度としては問題でしかない。
お盆最終日にせっかく子供と楽しく商店街めぐりをしていたのに、店員一人の態度ひとつで気分は最悪だった。
二度と行かない。そんな人間の働く店舗の味などたかが知れている。
子供にたこ焼きをねだられたのでなければ、近くのカフェに入ったほうがよほど有意義だろう。

After a while, the customer left the cash register a few steps. I watched the situation for a while, but there was no sign of returning to the cash register, so when I was aware that they had finished the order, the arrogant clerk said, "Please wait a little (to your right)." It's said by gesture, but ... the inside of the store with a narrow frontage. There is no space to avoid in the right hand that the clerk gestured, and he will inevitably be kicked out. I will not forget the face of the couple of the previous customers who were watching here, such as "What?" It was such a sudden and unreasonable event.
... I feel sick. After waiting for a long time outdoors in a hot and damp temperature, he was kicked out again. Not to mention ordering, I don't feel like saying anything anymore. I left the store as soon as I was kicked out.
I should say that I had children, but I wasn't too noisy, just waiting for my turn and looking at the glass door menu. The child has no fault. I had something to say, but I just waited in silence.
By the way, the frontage of the store was narrow, but there was a certain depth. If the clerk showed the left hand of the cash register (inside the store) by hand, he would have been able to overcome the narrow road width where the previous customer was standing and bow his head to the extent of common sense and wait in the back of the store.
But what is the reason for kicking it out? Is it the result of the store's education, or is it the clerk's discretion?
The clerk was about 40 years old, but he talked unfriendlyly and talked to him, and even one gesture exuded the appropriateness that he couldn't feel any concern. I assert that it was an extremely unpleasant response for a person who works as a customer service, saying that he would get a good salary.
It is possible that this was a child and was a younger mother than the clerk, so it was either sweetened or hated by the appearance of having brightly dyed hair, but in any case, as a human attitude to serve customers. Is just a problem.
On the last day of Obon, I enjoyed visiting the shopping streets with my children, but the attitude of each clerk made me feel terrible.
I will never go again. The taste of such a store where humans work is known.
Unless your child asks you to takoyaki, it makes more sense to go to a nearby cafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店に行くと外に10人ぐらい待ちがいました。レジで注文しようとすると、「30分かかりますけど?」とだけ言われ、待ちますと答えると、そのまま無視され、どこで待ってくださいとも、少々お待ち下さいとも返事はなく、レジの前でずっと立っていました。先に注文だけでも聞くとか、あとで聞くので横で待っていてとか、普通は声をかけるものだと思うのですが、忙しかったからかそういった案内もなく、3人いた店員もたこ焼きを作るだけ…。味は美味しかったのですが、接客が稚拙で、店員のスキルも低いお店でした。同じ食べるなら、イオンモールのほうが良いですね。

19時25分に入店しようとしたら、入口の自動ドアが開かない。自動ドアが壊れているのかと思い、反対側のドアから入った途端「七時半がラストオーダーなんで!」と男性店員の突き刺さるような叫び声が飛んできた。
まだ19時30分ではなかった為、その旨を伝えると、ヒステリックな声で「ラストオーダーなんで!ラストオーダーなんで!ラストオーダーなんで!ラストオーダーなんで!ラストオーダーなんで!」の一点張り。横で睨み付ける太った女店員。なんだこの店は。
そりゃまあ仕事から早く帰りたいんだろうが、あの対応の仕方はいかがなものか。あれであの二人に給料が発生するだなんて、銀だこさんは実に素晴らしい企業だと感心しました。
As mentioned in the reviews of other people, the clerk's response was really unique. I really don't want to even get one star.
When I try to enter the store at 19:25, the automatic door at the entrance does not open. I thought that the automatic door was broken, and as soon as I entered from the door on the other side, a male clerk screamed, "Why is the last order at 7:30!"
It wasn't 19:30 yet, so when I told him that, he said in a hysterical voice, "Why is the last order! Why is the last order! Why is the last order! Why is the last order! Why is the last order!" A fat female clerk glaring at the side. What is this store?
Well, I think I want to get home early from work, but how about that way of dealing with it? I was impressed that Gindaco is a really wonderful company that the two of them will be paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 半年前ぐらいはとても注文を間違える店員が居て、3個頼んだのに2個だったり箸や上にかける別の商品を付け忘れたりと問題が多くて遠のいてましたが久々に行ってきちんと注文も間違わずに会計もPayPay払いしましたがスムーズだったので、昔より良くなってて良かったなと思いました。たこ焼きの待ち時間は2階で待機だったので、番号札渡されるんですが1階から大声で呼ばれるので音楽とか聞かずに待たなきゃいけないのはちょっと不便と感じました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Takoyaki place in Japan! Good texture from outside bit crispy and moist also flavorful filling. The yuzu and mentaiko was very recommended.
Also try the taiyaki, it had different flaky texture like croissant.
