H	HIROMU OKA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近店舗もリニューアルし、時計の修理も出来るようになったとのことで初めてお付き合いさせていただきました。今回修理をお願いしたのは、兄から預かっていた大切なブライトリングの時計ですが、見事にキレイに修理されていて本当に感謝です。兄も喜んでいました！ありがとうございました。ジュエリータナカさんへ相談する前に他店へ何件か相談したのですが、ブライトリングと言うだけで蓋を開け中を見ることもせず高額な見積もりを出されたり、対応が悪かったりと困っていました。ジュエリータナカさんでは「できるだけの対応をさせていただきます。」と担当の方も親切丁寧に対応していただいたので気持ちよかったです。実際に蓋を開けて確認していただいたところ、部品が外れているだけで修理が出来たとのことで１万円ほどでした。修理箇所以外もチェックして頂いたとのことで安心してます。母親が使用していた古い時計のメンテナンスもお願いしようと思っていますので、今後とも宜しくお願いします。 We recently renewed the store and now we are able to repair the clock, so we were able to associate for the first time. k	kuanmei shenzhao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年春に母が私のペンダントの修理をお願いしたのですが、残念ながら満足のいくものではありませんでした。・仕上がり35センチのペンダントを修理するために、なぜか60センチのプラチナチェーンを使用することになったため、価格がかなり割高になりました。使用しなかった留め具は修理後にいただきましたが、チェーンの余りは渡されませんでした。また保証書や購入伝票等もいただけませんでした。・修理前はアジャスター付きのペンダントでしたが、仕上がりは長さ調節ができない中途半端な長さのものでした。やむを得ず古いチェーンのアジャスターをつけていただきましたが、とてもちぐはぐな仕上がりになりました。・何より修理に出したきっかけは、元のペンダントが老朽化しメッキが禿げ、金属アレルギーで使用できなくなったためでした。最初の相談時にそれを伝え、そのためわざわざ高価なプラチナチェーンへの交換となったにも関わらず、最終的には古いアジャスターがそのまま残る仕様になってしまい、交換が意味のないものになってしまいました。こちらの説明不足が多々あるとは思いますが、最終的に納得のいくものにはなりませんでした。修理してくれるお店をずっと探していて、ようやく見つけたと嬉々としてお願いした母が気の毒です。 My mother asked me to repair my pendant last spring, but unfortunately I wasn't satisfied. ・ For some reason, I decided to use a 60 cm platinum chain to repair the finished 35 cm pendant, so the price was considerably higher. I expected the turnaround time to be weeks, as I had experienced elsewhere in Japan, but Tanaka’s completed the repair (sizing and engraving) in less than a week! The staff was incredibly kind from the beginning of the process, offering us tea with a detailed consultation to keep in contact throughout the process through the completion of the service. Though their staff's English was limited, they were patient in explaining the repair, and they did their best using a translating service which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Tanaka’s as a jeweler or repair service. Thank you!
