どれもとても美味しかったです。
場所はオランダ通りの1本裏筋なので、ちょっとわかりにくいところですが、落ち着いて飲食できます。
靴を脱いで店に入るのですが、足元が冷えてしまうのが☆-1です。
 I had various kinds of kushikatsu and sashimi.
Everything was very delicious.
The place is on the back of the Dutch street, so it's a bit confusing, but you can eat and drink calmly.
I take off my shoes and enter the store, but it is ☆ -1 that my feet get cold.

わかる方にはわかるビールのサーバーの手入れ、グラスが綺麗、そして飲み終わった後の泡。
旬の野菜をいかにシンプルに、そして素材の旨さを引き出してくれる所。
旬の魚もその辺では出さない部位もきっちり仕事してます。
教えたくないお店ですが今回もかなりやられました。

串カツ以外も拘りが伝わってくるお料理の数々で、揚げ物が得意でなくても楽しめます。
大阪名物！みないな串カツじゃない、荒い衣も私は好きです。

他メニューも美味しくいただきました。
店員さんは3人、お客さんの入りは半分くらいでしたが、出てくるのが遅く感じました。人の少ない時にいきたいお店です。

鶏せせりポン酢のネギまみれ？
ねぎが綺麗に切られていた。美味しい。
串かつも美味しい。が、ソースが冷蔵庫で保存されているからか良く冷えていた。
