★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔から、しらつゆの大ファンです。鍋物、饂飩、雑煮、おでん、卵焼き、茶碗蒸し、蟹酢に混ぜてと色々大活躍します。ゆず胡椒オリーブオイル、娘のお気に入りのレモンオリーブオイルも買ったので使うのが楽しみです。
１つ残念なのは、何年も前から住んでいる地域で取り扱かっている店がなくなったこと。今回初めて直接お邪魔しました。場所は少し分かりづらかったです。車のナビが迷走して狭い道をぐるぐるしました。
I've always been a big fan of Shiratsuyu. It is very useful when mixed with hot pot, udon noodles, ozoni, oden, omelet, chawanmushi, and crab vinegar. I bought Yuzu pepper olive oil and my daughter's favorite lemon olive oil, so I'm looking forward to using them.
One unfortunate thing is that there are no stores in the area where I have lived for many years. This is the first time I have visited you directly. The location was a little confusing. The car navigation system strayed and went around a narrow road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 懐かしい味わいです。今は各地の美味しい醤油が並ぶスーパー、我が家にもラインナップが増えつづけていますが、やはりヤマシンさんの醤油は懐かしい祖父母の時代からのお料理を思いだす美味しさがあります。
品の良い味わい、綺麗に色つやのよい煮物ができるので白醤油がお気に入りです。
はじめての土佐醤油は様々なお料理に使い込んでいくのが楽しみです！
It is a nostalgic taste. Now Super lined with delicious soy sauce of local, it has continued to increase in the line-up also in my home, but still Yamashin's soy sauce has the taste to remember the dishes from old grandparents of the era.
Good taste of the goods, white soy sauce is a favorite because it is pretty good stew of complexion.
The first time of Tosa soy sauce is looking forward to go embezzle a variety of dishes!
