宮	宮潤 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星1ですらつけたくない。最初物件を借りる時はとても丁寧な対応なのに、いざ物件を借りるとその後は何があってもは放置される。借りている物件で水害事故が起こった時も、一切仲介がなく、直接大家さんとやり取りすることに。不動産の役割とは…？って感じ。更新料が2年毎の物件で、1年も住んでないのに更新料が取られた。電話対応も良くない。不動産としての仕事を全くしていない。物件を借りる時はエイブルではない不動産の方が絶対に良い。 I don't want to even get 1 star.
