あ	ああ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人は良かったですが思うような物件がなく、担当の人に「どこか妥協しないとないですよ」みたいなことを言われました。これからずっと住んでいく住まいになるのかもしれないのに妥協はしたくない.......、合うところを見つけていくのがプロでは？別に急いでたわけでなく、ゆっくり探して行くつもりでしたが....他に物件あれば連絡することでしたかその後の連絡は一切もなく、他のところでお世話になりました！！ The people were nice, but there wasn't a property I wanted, and the person in charge said something like "I have to compromise somewhere." It might be a place to live forever I don't want to compromise ... Is it a professional to find a suitable place? I wasn't in a hurry, I was going to look for it slowly .... Did I contact you if there were other properties? I didn't get any contact after that, and I was taken care of elsewhere! !!

n	nani yamagata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星１つもつけたく無いくらい最悪。入居の時、通常宅建取引主任者が重要事項説明してくれるのに、それより前に契約書送ってきて印鑑押してくださいって。説明もされてないのに印押せないと話したら、重要事項説明は後からでも大丈夫。印鑑押して送り返しての一点張り。その後担当者の説明不足で契約後に更新料掛かる事が発覚。最初の説明の時、用紙に記入無かった旨話したら記入漏れでしたと。相手にお金払わせるんだからかなり重要でしょと話したら、紙には書いてないがそちらにはきちんと話したと責任転嫁。それ以来この会社と電話やら対面で話す時はレコーダーに録音するようにしています。こっちが悪いみたいにされるので。口コミ高かったからこっちのお店にしたけど、口コミが当てにならないと実感しました。担当者いなくて代わりに電話対応した男性も、電話口から面倒だなって思ってるのが伝わる。もっと責任持って仕事してほしい It's so bad that I don't want to add even one star. s	s y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3月の多忙期＋前日に電話したにも関わらず次の日に内見させて頂き無事、気に入った部屋を見つけることができました！条件に合った部屋の提案から決定までスムーズに進めることができ、またLINEやZOOMでのやり取りだったためわざわざ店に足を運ぶ手間もなかったのですごく良かったです。疑問点や不明点はLINEで聞き、担当の方がその日休みでも返信を頂いていたので、その都度解決でき不安もなく進められました！駐車場が1週間ほど使用できないらしく、個人的には他の駐車場を用意してもらったので問題なかったのですが、わざわざ手土産を持って謝罪をしに足を運んで下さいました。アフターケアが本当に素晴らしいと感じました。4月から新生活が始まりますが、今回担当して下さった方のおかげで良いスタートがきれそうです！ありがとうございました！ Even though I called during the busy season in March + the day before, I had a preview the next day and was able to find a room I liked safely!
