ここは親身に受け答えや説明をしてくれる感じが素晴らしい。私はまた機会があればここを活用したと思うし、知人などにも紹介できるレベル。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 実際には募集が終わってたらしき物件への問い合わせに対して非常に不誠実な対応、出張のついでとはいえ札幌からわざわざ内見に足を運ばせておきながら、近隣に駐車場が全く無い空く見込みも全く無いから難しいとか苦しい言い訳、挙句にお断りの電話。代替の物件の提示さえ出来ない。不誠実な上に営業力もなし、逆の意見もあるようだがむしろここがゴミ店舗。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業men'sの電話の応対、言葉遣い、お客様対応の品質が最悪。最初の案内だけは、丁寧。
入居関係書類を渡されてから、男性営業マンの見下した対応や、期日より早めに合わせてくれないとウチの社長に怒られますなど、泣き落とし？のようなバカにしたような馴れ馴れしい対応をされた。
入居前の不備も多く、何度も電話しても対応してくれず泣き寝入り。社長だけは、しっかりとした方でした。良い物件を扱っているだけに、契約だけさせて、後は知りませんという態度が不快。トラブルや気分を害する事が嫌な方には、絶対にオススメ出来ない不動産屋です。トラブル対応も不誠実で、営業マンの言い訳がましく、くどい言語が、本当にストレスでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのオリヂン不動産で賃貸物件入居しました。入居するまでの対応はとても良かったのですが、入居後の対応（壁紙の剥がれ、新聞受けや備品の修理などなど）が大変不親切です。直ぐに対応しますと言っても、なかなか電話連絡さえもしてくれません。郡山市は不動産屋が多いので、こちらで検討されている方は他の不動産業者も見た方が良いと思います。

内見をお願いし、希望日を伝えたら"定休日"
別日を伝えたら"定休日"
いつなら良いか聞いたら"何日からなら"
と言われたのでその日に時間と内見予約をしたら、OKの返事→数時間後"時間変更して欲しいと連絡がありました。
この対応にずっとイライラしていたのでオーナーさんに直接連絡した方が良いかと聞いたら、営業時間外と言っていたはずなのに、急いで折り返しが来ました。
一応、内見しに、行くかもしれないが、
契約はしたくはない。
ちなみに、ずっと、メールでのやり取りです。

あまりにも無視が続いたので電話で問い合わせたら、その物件はもう成約してたらしいです。
人生で初めてクレームを入れてしまいました。
今後、良い物件があっても不動産がここなら違う所にします。
他の所をおすすめします。
