H	Hiroshi K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事柄、県外から来秋する業者と商談しその後一杯呑むってことが多いんですがその時、相手の好みや秋田への訪問頻度を考慮しながら、都度選店します・・。初訪問とか初心者の方ならば手堅く「酒盃」とか「お多福」。ミドルクラス？になると、郷土料理じゃないけれど地元の食材を多用する「天ぷら醍醐」や「獬」。で、上級者やツウっぽくメンドくさい事を言う客の場合は・・やっぱここ「味美」かなあ・・。そーいう人達って、高級店に連れて行けばいーって訳じゃないですからね・・(^_^;) 味美は刺し身は抜群に美味いし、難解なネイティヴ秋田弁が飛び交うので地元で呑んでる実感もわくし、黒板に値段は書いてないけど上がりは良心的と、三拍子揃ってるしな・・。ココに連れて来て文句を言われたことは無いですね・・。 Because of my job, I often have business talks with vendors coming from outside the prefecture and then drink a drink, but at that time, I choose a store each time, considering the taste of the other party and the frequency of visits to Akita. K	Kazuya Chikami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋田に一人旅に行った際に利用しました！秋田の美味しいものが詰まった小料理屋さんです。出していただいたお料理、全て美味しい！お刺身はおすすめを盛り合わせていただきました。ハタハタは塩焼きで、脂がしっかりとのっていて、ぷちぷち、かつもちもちしたたまごがたまらないですね！でも、ハタハタよりおすすめしたい料理があります、、それは山菜！これがめっちゃ美味い！！いただいたのはみずという山菜で、めんたいと和えた料理は食感が堪らなく、味わい豊かでまた食べたいと思っています、、。また秋田に行ったら絶対に行きたいお店です！！ちなみに、昔高見山関が来店された際に忘れていったジャケットがあります（笑）お店の方から勧められて来てみましたが、大きい！！それにしても店主をはじめ、女将さん、若女将さん、みなさん親しみやすく、気さくに話しかけてくださったので、すごく楽しい時間を過ごせました！！若女将さんは仮面ライダーの強いファンで楽しい話ができました（笑）路地の裏にあったり、店構えから入りにくい雰囲気がありますが、ぜひお店に入っていただくと温かな空間がありますので、ぜひ！ I used it when I went to Akita alone!
