高	高山博之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女将さんが80kmも離れている横手市までテイクアウトを配達してくれるとのことで、すっかり便乗しました\(^o^)/ オーダーは「すき焼き弁当」と「卵焼き」を。すき焼き弁当は、すき焼きの具材がご飯の上に盛られている物。タレが容器に入れられており、温めた後掛けられるよう心遣いも有難いです。牛丼感覚で楽しめる弁当ですが、もちろん味わいは全く違い、本格的な料亭の味です。しかし、そのすき焼き弁当以上のクオリティだったのが「卵焼き」(#^.^#) 鰹節の出汁が濃厚で、ふっくらとしているのに噛み応えの有る食感は、正に料亭の味と技術！テイクアウトでこれだけの味わいを楽しめるのは、本物だからでしょうね(o^^o) いつかお店に食べに行けるよう、積立しますね（笑） The landlady said that she would deliver the takeout to Yokote City, which is as far as 80km away. K	Keishu N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋田で歴史もあり味も保証されている割烹・郷土料理屋さんといえばここ。このお店で修行して独立された料理人も何人もいらっしゃるとか。接待や特別な日に利用するのに向いてるお店かなと思います。秋田ならではの食材をたくさん使った、珍しいお料理を楽しめます。定番のきりたんぽや比内地鶏、いぶりがっこ、ハタハタの他にもちょろぎやとんぶり、えいひれ(煮たもの)などが出てきました。どれも上品な味でお腹にも優しく、無論美味しかったです。ハタハタの塩焼きはオスとメスを1尾ずつ出してくれました。かぼちゃ茶碗蒸しは餡がとーっても美味しくて、中に入っていた栗麩も初めて食べましたが美味しかったです。店内は禁煙、個室は川に面していて景色も良いです。女性にはふわふわのひざ掛けも貸してくれます。お冷はペットボトルの天然水とコップが出てきます。 Speaking of Japanese cuisine and local restaurants that have a history and a guaranteed taste in Akita.
