 The air conditioner is working and the toilet is clean. It seems that they also provide information on trekking courses, and the customer service is very polite.

裏手に4、5台停められる無料駐車場あり。
トレイルランニングに興味があり情報収集に行きましたが、案内の方が自然な距離感で声をかけて下さり大変ありがたかったです。
無料で地図や観光案内の冊子を頂き、おすすめのコースなど聞くことができて満足です。
改めて、登山道の多さに驚かされました。
Visited by car on a rainy Saturday.
There is a free parking lot behind which 4 or 5 cars can be parked.
I was interested in trail running and went to collect information, but I was very grateful that the guide spoke to me with a natural sense of distance.
I am happy to receive a map and a booklet of tourist information for free and to listen to recommended courses.
Once again, I was surprised by the number of mountain trails.

東京と名のつく地に奥多摩という大自然のギャップに感動して2階の剥製展示場に座り込んだり、1階で資料を貪っていると男性職員から声を掛けられて親切な対応をしてもらえて、大満足です。
自分に子供がいたら是非連れて来たいです。
このレビューがあの時の職員さんに届くかわかりませんが、あの時はありがとうございました！
I visited you last year when it was still hot.
Impressed by the natural gap of Okutama in the place named Tokyo, I sat down in the stuffed exhibition hall on the 2nd floor, and when I was hungry for materials on the 1st floor, a male staff member called me and kindly responded. I am very satisfied with the receipt.
If I have children, I definitely want to bring them.
I don't know if this review will reach the staff at that time, but thank you for that time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少し規模は小さめ。中は剥製が多く、生体展示もあった。観光の情報は充実していたが、周辺の自然情報はちょっと物足りなかった。
The scale is a little small. There were many stuffed animals inside, and there was also a living body exhibition. Information on sightseeing was substantial, but information on the surrounding nature was a little unsatisfactory.

A facility that provides information on climbing Okutama. On the first floor, there is a space for children to play, and now there is a bouldering facility. The person in charge is also kind and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 奥多摩町、檜原村方面に出向く前に登山道の情報見るのが奥多摩ビジターセンターのサイト。実際にこちらに出向くと写真や動物の剥製の展示、登山道の紹介に加えて、多数の案内パンフレットがあります。スタッフさんがお声掛けしてくださることも。
The Okutama Visitor Center site is where you can see information on mountain trails before heading to Okutama Town and Hinohara Village. When you actually go here, you will find a lot of information pamphlets in addition to photographs, stuffed animal exhibits, and introductions to mountain trails. The staff may also speak to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 奥多摩に生息する哺乳類たちのはく製を見ることができます。ツキノワグマの骨格を復元した標本も展示されているのがとてもよくできています。施設のわきの坂道を上ると数台分の駐車場があるので乗用車での来場も便利です。1階エントランスを入ると、すぐ左手にはボルダリングウォールが設置されています。床にはマットレス、上からは落下防止のハーネスも完備されているのでお子さんや初心者の方も安心して楽しめるかもしれません。
You can see the stuffed mammals that live in Okutama. It is very well done that the specimens of the restored skeleton of the Asiatic black bear are also exhibited. If you go up the slope beside the facility, there are parking lots for several cars, so it is convenient to come by car. When you enter the entrance on the 1st floor, there is a bouldering wall on your left. The floor is equipped with a mattress and a fall-prevention harness from above, so children and beginners may enjoy it with peace of mind.
