★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 十和利山は迷ヶ岱から北にピラミッドのように見える、初心者にも、ベテランにもおすすめできる山である。おすすめの理由は、
①標高991m、登山口迷ヶ岱との差は400m弱という手頃な標高差
②登山路が急登の東コースと緩やかだが距離長めの西コースを選べる。
③山頂からの眺めがよい。十和田湖、八甲田山、すぐ隣の戸来岳やドコノ森、大黒森など絶景が楽しめる。
④山頂は比較的広いスペースがあり、多人数でも食事場所に不自由しない。
⑤十和利山は十和田湖外輪山であると同時に、太平洋と日本海を分ける分水嶺であり、宇樽部川(十和田湖へ)、五戸川(太平洋へ)、小国川(米代川～日本海へ)の流域を分けているという地理的、社会的重用性を持った山である事実。
学校行事の登山には、絶好のおすすめの山である。
 Towariyama looks like a pyramid to the north of Mt. Towari, and is recommended for both beginners and veterans. The reason I recommend it is
(1) Altitude 991m, the difference from the trailhead is less than 400m, which is a reasonable altitude difference.
(2) You can choose between the eastern course with a steep climb and the west course with a gentle but long distance.
③ The view from the mountaintop is good. You can enjoy spectacular views of Lake Towada, Mt. Hakkoda, Mt. Heraidake, Dokonomori, and Okuromori next door.
④ There is a relatively large space on the mountaintop, so even a large number of people will not be inconvenienced in the dining area.
⑤ Towariyama is the outer ring of Lake Towada, and at the same time, it is a watershed that divides the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Japan. The fact that it is a mountain with geographical and social importance that divides the basin of the Sea of Japan.
It is a highly recommended mountain for climbing school events.
