★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a land brokerage firm also called Fudousan in Japan. They are the intermediaries and they do their work well but people-wise like all brokerage firms they are working for their own interest so don't expect the best behavior but they're not bad.
They did not entertain me until I brought them all my bank details to buy a land. Now I do not think it's the best practice but probably they avoiding to waste their own time by being not so nice to buyers. I finally bought the land from them.
