★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 体調不良を引き起こすレベルのカビ被害に対して、本社、現場とも最悪の対応しかなかったため、今後一生この法人と関わりたくない。
この件について、担当者経由による本社回答は"民事上問題がない" "(半年未満で)転居するなら違約金を払え"。貸主に相談したら常識的な判断の下、、違約金なしとなり即座に解決した案件が、この仲介業者のせいで無駄に長期間した。
また、健康被害を出す深刻な状況にも拘わらず、その相談をした際に、支店長が(そのとき奥に居たにも拘わらず、またその後も)一度も顔を出さなかった。
 As there was only the worst response at the headquarters and the site for mold damage at a level that causes poor health, I do not want to be involved with this corporation for the rest of my life.
Regarding this matter, the head office answer via the person in charge "Pay no civil problems" "Pay a penalty if you move (in less than half a year)". After consulting with the lender, based on common sense, there was no penalty and the case resolved immediately was wasted for a long time because of this broker.
Also, in spite of the serious situation causing health damage, when I consulted, the branch manager (even though he was in the back at that time, even after that) never appeared.

ありがとうございました。
一つ悲しいのが、契約が最後になり、切れると聞いたら管理部の方が対応が悪くて、言葉使いも悪かったので最後にイメージが悪かったです。
お世話になってこんな事も言うのもなんですが、契約してるときだけ親切なのはどうなのかなと思います。
