★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first came to Tokyo, I was hopeful that I would have a good experience with アズサ建物 as they seemed both professional and caring.
However, recently my toilet had a mechanical fault and could not longer be used. 1 week later and I still have not been told when I will be able to have a replacement toilet. I believe most people would agree a working toilet is a necessity, and I would at least expect some communication on when I can expect this to be resolved. I am disappointed to recommend only proceeding with アズサ建物 with caution, as I'd seriously doubt their urgency when dealing with lesser problems, when it's been a week and counting for my situation.
