Reasonable cocktail prices, no seating charge, and no otoshi, which is important since I usually don't want to be bothered with food while I'm drinking. All the drinks are good, some are great. Most of the people who come in appear to be regular customers; but I've never felt unwelcome, despite my spotty Japanese. As always, your mileage may vary. Try the Rusty Nail, it seems to be one of the house specialties. But they also have a nice selection of scotches. I shall return.
