た	たぬきぽんぽん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お薬手帳はスマホのアプリにいれていますと伝えたし問診票にも書いたのに、「お薬手帳忘れずに持ってきてください」とキレぎみに言われました。アプリ入ってます、問診票に書いてますと伝えると、すみませんと言われ、奥に戻り、QRコードが載った紙を持ってきてくれましたが、確か、お薬手帳忘れると余分にお金取られますよね？料金返却とかなかったんですけど...スマホの手帳だと料金変わらないのかな？

e	e o on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薬剤師さんが症状の確認や、他の薬との飲み合わせなどカウンセリングをしてくださっている間受付の方が会計をする為に真横にずっと付いて待っていました。プライバシーに関わる話をしているのに資格者以外の方が横にいて話が聞こえていると思うと非常に不快でした。 While the pharmacist was counseling me to check my symptoms and take it with other medicines, the receptionist was waiting right next to me to make the payment. m	mo to on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時間内に行ったにも関わらず、とても不機嫌な様子で処方を受け、「この曜日のこの時間は薬剤師が1人なのでいつも行っている所へ行って下さい。この時間は眼科の為に開けてるんです」と注意された。同じくらいの時間に同じ薬を取りに行った時は言われなかった。そんな事を言うのであれば「○○眼科以外の処方箋は受け付けない」とか「○曜日の○時間は薬剤師が1人なのであまり客は来ないでほしい」とかドアに書けばいいのでは。ましてや、客は私だけでしたが。大変気分が悪い対応で、今まで行った調剤薬局で最低の対応の薬剤師さんでした。 Even though I went there in time, I received a prescription in a very moody manner and said, "This time on this day, there is only one pharmacist, so please go to the place you always go to. ひ	ひまわり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前いらした薬剤師さんは、丁寧でした。今いる大柄な薬剤師さんは、不親切。薬局は、病院での薬が必要な患者さんがお客様です。丁寧にしろとは、言いませんが。対応を改めるべきです。少しの配慮で、店内の雰囲気も良くなると思います。 The pharmacist who came before was polite.
