★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子どものお薬のことで色々聞きましたが、とても丁寧にお薬のこと、飲ませ方など教えていただきました。
薬局に入った時も柔らかな雰囲気で、午前中の早い時間帯で他に薬を待つ人が居なかったからか、お薬が出てくるのも早かったです。
駅前(特に南側)の薬局などは便利ですが、薬剤師の方も流れ作業的で、子どもの薬は初めてのものも多いので詳しく聞きたい中、「こんなこともわからないのか？」という感じであきらかにめんどくさい雰囲気を出されたり(ワセリンと保湿剤とステロイドはどれを先に塗ったら良いのかとか、乳児の粉薬の飲ませ方とか、女性の薬剤師の方に聞いたら鼻で笑われたことも...)、早口で聞き取れないような感じだったり、薬の説明を聞き終わったら薬剤師の方がすぐに奥に引っ込んでしまったりで詳しく聞けなかったり、スマホのお薬手帳ありますと書いたのに無いということにされてお金を多めに取られたのを後で気がついたり、忙しいのは重々承知の上で、何かしら嫌な思いをしてきました。
家からもっと行きやすい場所にあるなら、毎回この薬局でお薬を貰いたいぐらいです。
I've heard a lot about children's medicines, but they taught me very carefully about medicines and how to take them.
Even when I entered the pharmacy, the atmosphere was soft, and the medicine came out early, probably because there was no other person waiting for the medicine in the early hours of the morning.
The pharmacy in front of the station (especially on the south side) is convenient, but the pharmacist is also an assembly line, and many of the children's medicines are new to me, so while I want to ask in detail, I clearly feel like "Do you understand this?" I got annoyed (Vaseline, moisturizer and steroids should be applied first, how to give infants powder, and when I asked a female pharmacist, I was laughed at by my nose .. .), I felt like I couldn't hear it quickly, or the pharmacist immediately retracted to the back after listening to the explanation of the medicine, so I couldn't listen to it in detail. I realized later that I was taken a lot of money because of that, and I knew that I was busy, so I felt something unpleasant.
If it's easier to reach from my house, I'd like to get medicine at this pharmacy every time.
