蕎	蕎麦専 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 板そばを食べました。山形市内にある株式会社山口製麺の高原そばに全てに置いて味が似ています。麺のつるつる感は鍋で茹でてる時お酢をいれたのかな～私は嫌いな味ではありませんでした。 I ate ita soba. The taste is similar when placed near the plateau of Yamaguchi Seimen Co., Ltd. in Yamagata City. I wonder if the smoothness of the noodles was made by adding vinegar when boiling in a pot.
