赤	赤松高則 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタンダードな山形の田舎蕎麦が食べられる店。普通に美味しい。麺、汁共にドギツさ無く、食べ易い蕎麦。汁に添えられた揚げ玉は、味変アイテムに使ったがちょっと微妙だった。失礼ながら名店と言われる店ではない事からいつでも落ち着いて蕎麦が楽しめる。難しい事考えずにおおいに蕎麦が啜れる。とりあえず、田舎蕎麦の予備知識が無い人が食べても納得させるだけの力はあるでしょう。蕎麦以外にもラーメン等のメニュー有り。地元の人の普段使い食堂的な雰囲気あり、良い意味でくつろいでしまう。まるで親戚の家の居間みたい。そういえば、うちの娘も小さい頃ここの蕎麦を喜んで食べてたな、なんて思い出す。大きな窓からの明るい陽射しに包まれた昼食。土と草のにおいと、最上川の川風を今も肌に感じる。古い記憶のアルバムの中の一枚。 A restaurant where you can eat standard Yamagata country soba. 星	星川修一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前お邪魔しています。まだ記憶があるうちの投稿ですけど、老夫婦のお店かと。お客様は誰も居ませんでした。ラーメンの注文して待ちます。程なくして運ばれて来ました。ここのお店は、蕎麦が主力でしょうか⁉️あえてラーメンの注文させて頂きました。運ばれて来ました。やや油浮きが有って、色の濃いスープでした。そして甘い和風っぽい味です。こういう味だったっけ⁉️そして、中太やや縮れ麺です。茹で加減良く歯ごたえ十分な麺でした。しかしながらスープが温めです。残念です。今回は仕方ありませんねぇ。又の機会に再訪する事にして、先ずはご馳走様でした。しばらくぶりに寄ってみました。が、返事が無い❗今度は、返事はしたけど、なかなか出て来ない‼️なんなんだ⁉️息子だろうか⁉️店の切り盛りする方が変わっておられました。ラーメンの注文して待ちます。運ばれたラーメンは、スープは味噌ラーメンの色です。なんか臭うけど⁉️麺は太麺にやや縮れ。ちょびっと戦意喪失です。この臭いは何なんだ⁉️自分の作った金取る一杯を是非とも食べて頂き、ラーメン作りの研究して欲しく感じました‼️ とりあえずはご馳走様でした。あと、テーブルの下の棚の部分、ホコリが凄い事に、、、食べ物商売ですよね⁉️末永い営業をお祈りしています❗ I've been bothering you before.
