★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 処方してほしい薬を依頼したら「自分で決めるんじゃない。だったら医者はいらないだろ」とかなり乱暴に言われました。いきなり怒鳴られて驚き、非常に嫌な思いをしました。以来、こちらのクリニックへは一切掛かっておりません。

受付で偉そうな態度の悪い看護婦が本当に最悪です。
受付で入った瞬間患者の話を一言も聞かないで、
そこに置け(何をとも言わない)と偉そうな態度。
有無を言わさず偉そうな態度で気分が悪くなりました。

混んでいたので薬だけください、といったらOK
そのかわり次は診察を受けてください。
これは普通だとおもいました。
次は診察を受け薬をもらいました。
その後、また診察抜きに薬を貰いにいきました。
混んでいたのにもかかわらず、だせません、診察をといわれました。
昨日行ったら、薬だけでと言っていた来院者が2名貰ってかえりました。
いつも受け付けの太ったおばさん。
なんなんですか？
文句言いたかったけど、先生はいい人だしいつも出して貰ってる薬を診察を受け貰って帰りました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのクリニックに確認したいことがあったので問い合わせしたところ、「時間がないので手短に。」と嫌そうな感じで言われました。
申し訳ないので、忙しいのであれば別の時間にと思ってそのことを伝えたら、「どの時間も忙しいから変わらない。」とはっきり言われました。
忙しいのかもしれませんが、もう少し違う対応の仕方があるんではないでしょうか？
もう利用、連絡することはないでしょう。

受付の方は声が大きくとても聞きやすいのですが、なんというか、あまり感情がこもってないというか、もう少し普通に対応してもいいと思います。
他の受付の方への新人教育的な事もしていますが、大きな声でダメ出ししているのが聞こえてくるので、体調が悪いときに聞いているのはあまり気持ちのよいものではありません。
先生は手際よくパッパッと診察してくれます。
とにかく冬の時期は患者さんがたくさんいるため、とても待ち時間が長いです。
駐輪場がありますが、大体三台止められるくらいで限界だと思います。

他の方も書かれていますが、受付の女性の声がかん高く、風邪の頭痛にはひびきます。
差別的な意味ではなく、軽度のアスペルガーといった印象で、雑にグイグイ来られる感じ。声のボリューム調整が下手でかん高いです。
その影響か、クリニックも少しピリピリしています。
仕事は責任をもってこなされているようですので、
自覚されて、意識して抑えられればよいと思います。だれか優しく言ってあげてほしい、と思って投稿しました。

先生から診察のときに次は薬のみでも大丈夫と許可をもらってるのにもかかわらず、馬鹿の一つ覚えみたいに診察を〜、と言ってきます。
兎に角、場面対応に弱いし、その割に確かに声も大きいです苦
何度も通ってるので、その受付の太ったおばさんだけが毎回、目に付きます。
あとの方は普通な感じで問題なく良い対応してくれます！
あと下の在原業平さん？？
確かにそういう診察なしで薬だけをだしてもらうのは特例措置なのでしょう。
ただ、それを認めているのはこちらではではなく、クリニックの先生が診断時に次回は診察なしで薬を出してもかまいませんよ、といっているんですよ？
こちら判断で薬だけくれといっているわけではないんですがねｗｗｗｗｗｗ

長くなりますが、30年以上酷い頭痛で悩まされていた私は、近所の医院から、都内の大学病院とあらゆる病院で治療を受け、三叉神経痛、緊張型頭痛、片頭痛、群発頭痛と様々な病名をつけられ星状神経ブロックを20年も受け続けていました。頭痛外来を探して、こちらの大久保先生を知り受診しました。初めての受診で、頭痛手帳という物をいただき、ひと月付けて次回再診で提出すると、先生は細かく診て下さいました。私の場合は片頭痛と緊張型頭痛の両方があったそうです。先生はお薬も何種類も有るから大丈夫!必ず楽になりますよ。っと言って下さいました。以来もう10年以上経ちますが予防薬だけで、毎日痛みも無く過ごして居ます。私にとっては無くてはならない病院です。受付の女性の方も、テキパキと仕事をされているだけで、私は悪い印象は有りません。むしろ再来の患者さんの事は良く覚えていてくれてて凄いなって思うくらいです。
処方箋も近隣の調剤薬局にFAXしてくれたり、心使いを感じます。
また、ジェネリックを推奨しているクリニックなので、投薬料も安くてありがたいです。
