が、只一点だけお願いがあります。
診察券の使い方をPOPで説明して頂けませんか？
再診の予約が済んでいるのですが何処で何をすれば良いのかを受付の方からは説明されないので。。。
皆さま連日たくさんの患者さんへの対応に追われてらっしゃるのは十分に理解出来るのですが看護師さんにも『緑の紙出して下さい』と言われましても直ぐにそれが診察券だとは私には分かりませんでした。
理解力がない私がいけないとは思いますが御一考の程宜しくお願い致します。

It's understandable that everybody is busy dealing with many patients every day, but even if the nurse asks me to put out the green paper, I immediately think that it is a medical examination ticket. I didn't understand.
I don't think I should be able to understand it, but I would appreciate your consideration.

生後8ヶ月の子供とベビーカーで来院したら、他の方と距離を取るため、リハビリスペースを解放してくださり、そちらで待たせてくださいました。スタッフさんはみなさん優しく、お気遣いもしていただけてとても嬉しかったです。

When I came to the hospital with my 8-month-old child in a stroller, he freed up the rehabilitation space and kept me waiting there in order to keep a distance from other people. The staff were all kind and I was very happy that they were kind to me.

看護師さんが伝えた内容とも相違があり、情報もうまく伝えられておらず後で自分で申告してカルテ修正されました。
態度も悪く、それは当然でしょという言い方をされて不親切極まりない。
薬局で買える飲み薬と湿布処方されて終わりで、病院にかかった意味はありません。
二度と行きません。
