行ったら反対に具合が悪くなりました
問診、既往歴など聞かない
発熱、検温しない
酸素飽和度、検査しません
薬は、web上では経口薬対応とのきさいもそんな話は一切ありません
pcr検査に関しては結果はいつになるかわからないとのこと
いい加減すぎます

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高熱が出て、東京都発熱相談センターに紹介してもらい伺いました。電話の対応も、行ってからの看護師さんの対応も、先生の対応も、全部神がかってました。心遣いと傾聴力とアイコンタクトがある、心を感じる対応。体調不良のときは本当に助かります。結局コロナではなく、一安心。時間外にもかかわらずわざわざ結果のお電話くださり、非常に安心しましたし、感謝しています。体調崩したらまた絶対伺わせて頂きます。本当にありがとうございました。

混んでいる日でも丁寧に対応してくださいました。
院内は土足のまま入れるので車椅子やベビーカーでもそのまま入ることができます。

子供のことも、自身のことも親身になって話を聞いてくれる優しい先生です。先生も幼いお子さんがいるので、母親の心情や苦労をよく理解されていて、アドバイスやオススメの処方薬を紹介してくださいます。
看護師さんもすごく優しく、自分たちのことをよく覚えてくれていて、子供の成長を一緒に喜んでくれて嬉しいです。
支払いはPayPayが使えるので、現金を持ち歩かない私にはとてもありがたいです。
→追記2021年10月からPayPayが使えなくなり、現金払いのみとなりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親戚の子がここの病院行ったけど、私は兄弟の子を抱っこしてて 受付近くにいた時、ショートカットの受付のおばちゃん、ヒステリックな言い方を患者さんにしていたので、気分害する患者さんは多いと思います。言い方が本当に威圧的で。どなたかが書いたように心がない感じ、久しぶり悪い意味ですごく印象に残ってます。受付は病院の顔なのに……院長さんかわいそうね。

医師は子どもの状態をとくに見ることなく処方し、看護師さんが測った身長はすごい誤差がありました。
男性医師だったので、他の口コミを読むと常勤の先生じゃなかったのでしょうか…
受付の方もそっけなかったです。
近所の小児科でなにかあったときすぐ利用できるかもと期待していたので残念です。
もう利用しないと思います。
