★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アップルグラッセを使った和風アップルパイ「たわわ」の大ファンです。世の中にはアップルパイ(火の通ったリンゴの食感)が苦手な方がけっこうおられますが、その人たちに美味しいと言わしめる味。個人的には、青森みやげのお菓子部門ではイチオシの一品です。
I'm a big fan of the Japanese-style apple pie "Tawawa" using apple glasse. There are quite a few people in the world who are not good at apple pie (the texture of cooked apples), but the taste that makes them say it is delicious. Personally, it is a recommended dish in the sweets section of Aomori souvenirs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 色々な和菓子や生菓子がおいてあります。薄紅はとても美味しいです。私が来店した際には、お茶とお菓子を出してもらえました。とても親切で気持ちのよいお店です。

青森では、リンゴを使ったお菓子が本当に沢山あります。お土産選びにも迷うぐらいありますが、おなな屋さんの『たわわ』が本当に美味しいです。パイ生地とリンゴの甘味がなんともいえません。
もっと沢山買ってくればよかった。

There are really many sweets made with apple in Aomori. Although I am lost about choosing a souvenir, "Mr. Tawara" by a vanary shop is really delicious. The sweetness of pie cloth and apple can not be said anything.
I wish I had bought more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薄紅はとてつもない旨さです。リンゴのうまみを全て凝縮して一枚の板にしたような、珠玉のような銘菓です。味わうほどにリンゴの味が溢れてきて、口の中がリンゴの旨さと甘さに満たされます。久しぶりに無くなってしまうのがもったいないという感覚を味わいました。もっと広く知られてもよいのではないかと思います。
追記)あとで知りましたが、美食家として有名な陶芸家の海原雄山先生が至高のメニューとして紹介されております。納得です。
Light red is a tremendous taste. It's a gem-like confection that condenses all the umami of apples into a single plate. The more you taste it, the more the taste of apple overflows, and the mouth is filled with the taste and sweetness of apple. I felt that it was a waste to lose after a long time. I think it may be more widely known.
(Additional note) As I learned later, Mr. Yuyama Kaihara, a famous pottery artist, is introduced as the supreme menu. I'm satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 頂き物ですが、まず原材料を見て、とても真面目に作っているお菓子屋さん！だと好印象。りんごは大好きなので、楽しみに頂きました。どら焼きなどは少し甘すぎる感じですが、りんごを使っているのが新しい。パイはとても気に入りました。美味しいです。
As for the gift, a candy store that looks at the ingredients first and makes them very seriously! It is a good impression. I love apples, so I'm looking forward to it. Dorayaki seems a little too sweet, but the new one is using apples. I really liked the pie. Is delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 奥の喫茶スペースで冷抹茶と練り切りのセットをいただきました。
練り切りは言わずもがな、抹茶もほんのり甘く飲みやすい、ひと息つくにはちょうどいいセットでした。
菓子折を買いに来た人からは見えにくいようになっていて、静かでゆったりできる雰囲気なのもよかった。
We had a set of cold green tea and kneaded in the back cafe space.
Needless to say kneaded, matcha is a little sweet and easy to drink.
It was hard to see from those who came to buy a confectionery, and it was nice to have a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

箱の包装を捨ててしまうと消費期限不明になってしまう。
It's delicious, but I wanted each one to clearly state the expiration date.
