You get a miso, that is one of the best i had in Japan, superfresh fish, both raw and in tempura, we also tried shrimp and octopus, everything was fantastic. Available products are written on a blackboard only in Japanese, but there is a man behind the bar who can tell you en english what means what:) go there if you're around!!!
