★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しくなって初めて行きました。駐車場では、あまりやる気のない警備員さんに誘導され、広いけど一方通行が多く、年寄りの方には分かりにくそうだなと感じました。乳がん検診マンモグラフィの検査のため、検診センターに行きました。
朝イチなのに受け付けに誰もいなくてベルを鳴らさなきといけない。朝なんて絶対に誰か1人くらいはいないと、大変だと思うのですが…
検査で概ね正午終了って書いてあったのに30分せずに終わり、嬉しいけど、予定がかなり狂いました。
病院入ったすぐにはたくさんのスタッフさんがいて、逆に邪魔な感じもしました。
かなり受けれる科も少なくなったようで、また来たいとは思いませんでした

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岡谷病院の理念は「思いやり」だそうですが、ならば泌尿器科の医師の人への対応のひどさを病院も周知しながら放置しているのは何故でしょう、病院とはどんな状態の人が行く場所か分かってますか?何故あんな人を人とも思わないような危険人物に遭遇しなければならないのででしょう？
他にいくら親切な方が頑張っていても、こんな医師がいるのでは病院全体を信頼出来なくなります
行く方は注意して下さい

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも混んでいて初回診療を受けるに至らず、市民病院での受診は断念。
診療内容や受付応対に対する評価ではありません。
受付対応されている方も「明日の朝なら、明後日の朝なら」とか言えないほどの混雑、混乱。
まずは受付のシステムを改善すべきだと思います。
医師やスタッフの資質の問題ではなく、それ以前の話です。
受付の方には個人病院を紹介していただき、そこで受診できたかどうかまでケアしていただきました(紹介状を貰ったわけではありません)。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長年の体調不良の原因をしっかり検査して突き止めていただき感謝しかありません。他の何件かの病院では原因が解らなかったり心の問題だといわれたこともありこのままずっと突然の体調不良に怯えながら生活しなければならないのかと思っていましたがこちらで診ていただき今では仕事もスポーツも不安なく楽しめています。定期的に通院していますが電話、院内の受付も親切だと思います。

At some other hospitals, the cause was unknown and it was said that it was a mental problem, so I was wondering if I had to live while being frightened by sudden illness, but now I have a medical examination here. Then I can enjoy my work and sports without any anxiety. I go to the hospital on a regular basis, but I think the telephone and reception in the hospital are also kind.

看護師は患者に向かって怒鳴りつけ、着替えは1週間してもらえませんでした。
入院患者が高齢であれば反論出来ないですもんね。患者はストレスの吐口ですか。
東５病棟最悪でしたよ。
病院を変えて正解でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 医師免許や専門医資格って詰め込み教育～暗記で取得可能で、一度とってしまえば
医師の資質の有無にかかわらず、保持可能で食べていけてしまう。
普通の会社とかだと、
変わった人とかアスペっぽい人、
周囲と良い人間関係を構築できそうにない人は
そもそも最初から採用されないし、
過って組織に紛れ込んでも要職には就けない。
しかし残念ながら、岡谷市民病院には
ただ医師免許を保有し、経験年数が長いだけで、臨床医としての資質に欠けている人（患者や看護師達と信頼関係を構築できない人）が在職しているのは間違いないです。
この病院に行って嫌な思いをした人達へ言いたいのは
これだけ長い間悪評まみれで、周囲からよくない噂を聞いたことがあるにもかかわらず、行ってしまったあなたにも非がありますよ
ってことです。
そんな私も周囲からここの悪評を聞いていたにも関わらず安易に受診し、人生で最悪レベルの受診を経験してしまった馬鹿物の一人です。
口コミを見て、いくかどうか迷っている賢明な
皆さんは同じ轍を踏まないように、最初からここには行かないほうがいいです。
貴重な時間を失う上に、一生忘れられないレベルの嫌な思いをするだけです。
近隣の個人診療所に行きましょう。
特に泌尿器科と耳鼻科は間違いなくジョーカーです。
看護師達には同情を禁じ得ないです。
