Best Grocery store in japan

D	Dibyesh Satpathy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess this is the cheapest store you can find in Tokyo. I used to buy bento here everyday at a very reasonable price. The staff here are obliging and that's the best part of this supermarket!

This store spans multiple floors and has a too complicated system of elevators, escalators and stairs that turn it into a maze for the first time shopper, with few explanatory signs.

I am quite conflicted to give this place 4 stars, but as this is the only place with such a wide variety of selection I'll make an exception. Great produce, tons of fish and meat, vegetables are not so much. But good prices - neither cheap or expensive. I would give this 2 stars, because of the layout. It is horrible! Three floors, two elevators, but one is only for staff and the other does not stop at the ground floor. Extremely confusing. There is a specific route for each floor, also confusing, but if there aren't many people and you're a regular...you'll get used to it. Staff is unfriendly and always seem annoyed or rushed. Grocery bags cost 4 yen if I remember correctly. This is definitely not handicap or baby friendly as the layout is confusing to navigate especially because of the narrow space. But that being said, they have a great selection. There is also a good bakery section near the cash registers.
