★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結婚をした友人のプレゼントに添えるアイシングクッキーを購入。お店の場所は外から全く見えず、とーーーーっても入りづらいけれど一度行けば無問題。種類は日によって異なるようなので、ラインナップは事前に確認したほうが良さそうです。早めにお願いすればオーダーも受けてくださるとのこと。大きめのサイズやネックレス型などpopでcuteなアイシングクッキーは見ているだけでも楽しい！

要望以上にステキな仕上がりのケーキに驚きました。祖父もとても喜んでくれました。ちょっと難しいかなって思った要望にも丁寧に応えてくださいました。またぜひお願いしたいオーダーケーキ屋さんでした。
The other day, I asked for my grandfather's cake for the celebration of Kouki.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ケーキをオーダーで注文しましたが接客態度が最悪でした。取締役の方が対応していたようですが客のことをなんだと思ってるのでしょうか。こちらが注文確定前に何度か変更をお願いしたところ上から目線な対応。それを指摘したところ逆ギレをされ、2日前夜にも関わらずお金も振込、注文確定したにもかかわらず店側からキャンセルをされ、口座番号教えろの一点張り。あなた方にとっては1顧客のどうでもいいケーキかもしれませんが、こちらにとっては大切な記念日です。それなのに、2日前夜に店側からキャンセルされ最悪でした。今後、ケーキのオーダーを考えられ、このお店を候補に入れている方はご注意ください。
こちらは他店様の方が親身になって気持ちよく注文できるかと思いますのでここのお店はおすすめしません。
I ordered the cake by order, but the customer service was the worst. The director seems to have responded, but I wonder what the customer is. This is a response from the top when I asked for changes several times before confirming the order. When he pointed out that, he was guilty, and money was transferred in spite of the fact that the order was confirmed and the order was confirmed. It may be a nice cake for you, but it's an important anniversary for you. Even so, it was the worst because it was canceled by the store 2 days before. Please be careful if you think about ordering cakes in the future and are considering this shop as a candidate.
I don't recommend this shop because I think other shops can be more friendly and can order comfortably.
