★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明治期に育種されたが、戦後には廃れてしまった酒米（酒以外もいけるらしいが）「亀の尾」を復活させた酒蔵。近隣の田んぼを覗いたが、残念ながら素人にはわからなかった。ちょっと長めとは聞いていたが。直売なし、近所の和加美屋商店に置いてあった。営業しているか怪しいのでピンポイントで行くなら電話が吉か。
A sake brewery that revived "Kame no O", a sake rice that was bred in the Meiji era, but was abolished after the war. I looked into the rice fields in the neighborhood, but unfortunately I couldn't understand it. I heard that it was a little longer. There was no direct sale, it was placed at a Wakamiya store in the neighborhood. I'm suspicious that it's open, so if I'm going pinpoint, I'll call the phone.
